Warranty Process

Boom offers warranty coverage for registered users of authorized products. Boom requests that you register for warranty and to provide proof of purchase to ensure qualification for coverage of product(s) purchased. For your added protection, additional coverage may be purchased.

All products found in this website are covered by warranty for a period of 3 months unless otherwise stated.

In order to return your defected products to warranty, Please follow the below steps:

  1. Select your Boom product throught the website by looking in the related category, or through the search box.
  2. Select submit to warranty. Note that a handling fee of $3 is charged per product
  3. Add to cart,and continue to checkout. A flat rate fee of $5.25 is applied to all shipment
  4. Fill your information, complete your order.
  5. You will receive a confirmation message including your order id, and shipping address.
  6. Please print your order confirmation message that includes your order id, and ship the product to the below address:
  7. Boom Warranty Service Address: 300 Lemon Creek Dr. Suite A, Walnut CA 91789
  8. We will do the rest and ship it back to you.

Products received to Boom warranty service center without an order id will not be checked.
